The R&D system of TBEA gives priority to the technology, product development give priority to the transformers and cables, circumfuse with new product's exploitation、trial-produce, to exploiture and research the new technology, new craftwork. At present, the technical center has built the scientific research , exploitation, inquisition base. At Jan 2000, the center has been proved by state economy and economy committee, exchequer, CIQ Office and State Tax Office, became national corporation's technical center.
